What is Summer Bootcamp 2025?
OMGGGG it's the annual extreme FUN summer outdoor bootcamp series! In this outdoor bootcamp you will train like you never have before… and have a blast doing it!
Join coach Anne at her secret playground in Berkeley where you will take your strength to the next level WHILE SAFELY learning techniques for joint health/maintenance so you can take your journey in the long haul.
This is not your run of the mill bootcamp. This is something completely different.
A combination of circuit training and Crossfit-esque formulae (but a little more clever… and twisted heheh) the workouts are a mixture of brutal and therapeutic. Athletes are encouraged to listen to their body and Anne customizes each workout for the individual participants.
Combining both traditional strength training — such as calisthenics, kettle bells, and weightlifting — with a whole catalogue of unique exercises that Anne crafted herself over the years, your body will WAKE THE F UP.
So the only real question is: CAN YOU HANDLE IT?

UNLIMITED PLAY (avail Sep 1)
Join the exclusive Playground Crew for EXTREME FUN. These outdoor bootcamps are about as hard core as it gets. A hybrid of beginner calisthenics and my own unique movement mastery system that involves a shit ton of band work, you will experience REAL TRAINING. Includes unlimited access to Adventure Camp (zoom) and all on demand content PLUS 6 intro sessions (personal training) and more as needed.
Emphasis: joint stabilization endurance strength (first 6 weeks) building to hypertrophy (weeks 7-12) and max strength (after 12 weeks). We do a LOT of upper body.

Adventure Camp
Using my own unique movement mastery system, Adventure Camp gives you the daily maintenance your body needs to get limber, agile, conditioned, and STRONG AF. Each week is designed carefully to provide all your strength & conditioning needs while getting you FIT as a FIDDLE.
Emphasis: Daily maintenance of basic cardio, posture/ joint health, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, mobility, joint stabilization & endurance strength. We do a LOT of core, especially posture work.

Straightforward personal training. A to B without detours. Just for YOU. It’s amazing what one is capable of when you eliminate all the bullshit and get straight to business.
Emphasis: 1:1 accountability and customized programming that is perfect for YOU.
