Sprinters Start R & L
CUE 1: COW posture - squeeze back muscles to create an ARCH in your back, then lift from the FRONT (abs) to create BRACED AND SUPPORTED SPINE.
CUE: Keep elbows bent and only move from the shoulders; this will cause your thoracic spine to rotate as you swing your arms.
