Wall Sit Tutorial
Practice a Neutral + Braced Core ["cow posture"] standing against the wall
Video yourself on selfie mode from the side for visual feedback
Slide down the wall, stepping feet forward until your knees are at a 100-110 degree angle and heels directly under knees, placing hands on thighs for added support
Find a Neutral + Braced Core [head, shoulders and butt touch the wall]
Hold for 10 seconds, trying to squeeze glutes and core, feeling weight in the heels
Rest for 20 seconds, adding a quad stretch on each leg during the rest
Repeat for 3 sets of a 10 second hold
Progress after a week or two to 2x a 20 second hold
Once you have the form down on this, you can move onto the TRX Wall Sit for a more effective version. You only need to do the actual wall version to learn the position & alignment for the TRX Wall Sit, but the TRX one is better :)
