Circuit B: Lightning Punch & TRX Rows (bonus: TRX Lunges)
Complete the following circuit for a total of 4-6 rounds:
Lightning Punch - 10 second punch hold, 5 shoulder reaches, 10 punches (each arm)
TRX Rows - 10 reps, alternating palms up and palms down, elbows always wide
bonus: TRX Lunges - 5 reps each leg... go slow down!
